Terms of Use (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the developer of Manim Tutorial ("we", "us", "the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App and its course content on Android devices that you own or control and that are associated with your Google account, solely for your own personal, non-commercial learning.

All videos, lesson text, sample code, graphics, and other materials in the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and use them for your own learning.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly broadcast, or create derivative works from the course content, except for short code snippets you adapt into your own projects.

The App offers two one-time, non-consumable in-app purchases: "All Courses" unlocks the full course library and also includes watermark-free Workspace export; "Workspace" unlocks watermark-free Workspace export on its own. Neither is a subscription: there is nothing to cancel or renew.

Purchases are processed by Google Play and are tied to the Google account used to make them. You can restore a previous purchase on any device signed in with the same Google account via "Restore purchase". If you sign in to an account in the App (Section 5), a purchase is, where available, also linked to that account, so your other Android devices signed in to it unlock the same content.

The App also sells AI credits for the Workspace AI assistant in packs of 4,000, 13,000, 32,000 and 62,000 credits. AI credits are consumable in-app purchases: they are used up as the assistant works, and they cannot be restored with "Restore purchase" or downloaded again. Credits are added to the AI account on the device you buy them on — or, if you are signed in, to your account's credit balance (see Section 5).

AI credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another person, or used outside the App. Each device receives a small number of free credits to start, and some one-time purchases (such as "All Courses") include free monthly credits for 12 months, with the credits for each month expiring at the end of that month. The credits for the month in which you buy are prorated by the days remaining in that month, and the final payout tops up the difference, so the total is the same no matter which day you buy. The number of credits a request uses depends on how much code and how many images are involved and is shown after each request.

Refunds are handled by Google in accordance with the Google Play refund policy. You may be able to request a refund directly from Google shortly after purchase; outside of that window, contact us at byutech.cn@gmail.com and we will review your request. If a purchase of AI credits is refunded, those credits are removed from your balance; if a course purchase is refunded, its remaining monthly credits stop. Nothing in this section limits any statutory refund or withdrawal right you may have under the law of your country of residence.

The optional Workspace AI assistant sends your requests to our AI service, which uses a third-party AI model to generate code and replies. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not what you intended; review it before you rely on it. You are responsible for what you submit to the assistant and must not use it to create unlawful or infringing content.

To download courses and to use the assistant, the App creates an anonymous AI account for your device; no login is required. If you are not signed in, your credits stay with that device's AI account, and you may lose access to them if you delete the App or erase the device.

You can optionally sign in — with Google, or with your email address and a one-time code — to keep one account whose credit balance and monthly course credits you can use on all of your devices. Which sign-in methods are available is shown in the App and may change. When you sign in on a device, all credits on that device's AI account are moved to your account. Every sign-in method you add to an account opens that same account; adding or changing one requires you to verify with a method the account already has. If your account already has a sign-in method that this device cannot verify, you can still open the account with one of the other methods. You can sign out at any time. To prevent abuse, one device can sign in to at most three different accounts within 30 days.

You can delete your account at any time in the App under Mine → Account → Delete Account, after verifying with one of its sign-in methods. The credits and monthly course credits left in your account are returned to the device you delete it from, where you can keep using them without signing in. All devices are signed out and every sign-in method is removed from the account; this cannot be undone. Purchases of courses and the Workspace stay with your Google account and can be restored with "Restore purchase".

We may suspend AI access for accounts that abuse the service, for example by trying to obtain free credits fraudulently or by interfering with the service.

The App includes a Workspace (also referred to as the Playground) that runs Python code on your device. You retain ownership of any code you write, including code the AI assistant writes into your projects at your request. You are responsible for the code you run and for ensuring it does not violate any law or third-party right.

The Workspace is provided for learning and experimentation; we are not responsible for any outcome of code you author or execute.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except to the extent permitted by applicable law, and not to use the App to infringe the rights of others or to distribute unlawful content.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App or the AI assistant will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under it will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
